The Roof Gardens
The Roof Gardens is a multi-venue hospitality environment with restaurants, bars, events and membership operating under one ecosystem.

As the digital function, we rebuilt the venue’s entire product and systems architecture. We delivered integrated platforms across Salesforce, Oracle Micros, SevenRooms, enhanced payment solutions and custom-built apps — covering POS workflows, digital membership, FOH operations and end-to-end transaction visibility.

We also established real-time data pipelines for service, revenue and leadership reporting. The result was a unified, reliable digital stack that reduced operational friction, strengthened service delivery and provided the business with a scalable technology foundation.

Cowshed
Cowshed blends spa services, retail and hospitality, requiring a seamless digital journey across product discovery, bookings and in-venue experience.

We led a digital-first rebrand that modernised the entire ecosystem — from e-commerce UX and product architecture to online booking flows and operational alignment.The redesigned identity was built to scale across digital channels, content systems and physical touchpoints, ensuring a consistent experience whether customers engaged online or in person.

Soho House
Soho House operates a global network of clubs, hotels, restaurants and wellness spaces — effectively a distributed hospitality platform running across multiple continents.

Over six years, we helped define the digital expression of the Houses by rebuilding the visual and content systems that underpin the global guest experience.

This work created a unified design and content framework used across digital platforms, marketing, booking journeys and property launches — giving the business a scalable product system that improved operational consistency worldwide.

The Ned
The Ned is a large, multi-outlet hospitality destination — nine restaurants, event spaces, spa, hotel — operating inside a historic bank building. Delivering this required a product mindset as much as creative direction.
